once upon a time, there was a young adventurer with many positive qualities. he was valiant, altruistic, and calm to all appearances, but hid a deep malaise within that was slowly eating away at him. despite his strong attachment to sufokia, living close to the port rekindled a rare illness that left him unable to tolerate the salt and iodine that fill the air there. he eventually left to seek out new horizons: someplace with shifting ground underfoot and mountains ringing the horizon.
